    We never store the actual content you scan — your links, messages, and screenshots are not saved on our servers. We only store the scan type, risk score, and a short AI-generated summary. Your input goes directly to the AI and is not logged.
    Yes — CyberWatch AI was built specifically with the African context in mind. It recognises common regional scams like fake MTN MoMo alerts, investment fraud, Sakawa, fake job offers, and advance fee fraud. It works in any language and for any country.
    The free plan gives you 5 scans per day for URLs and messages. Pro gives you unlimited scans, screenshot analysis, your full scan history with CSV export, and email alerts when a high-risk threat is detected. Pro is $9/month and you can cancel anytime.

    What we collect

    When you create an account we collect your name and email address. When you run a scan we store the scan type, risk score, label, and a summary — but never the full content of what you scanned. We do not store your actual messages, links, or screenshots on our servers.

    How we use your data

    Your data is used solely to provide the CyberWatch AI service — enforcing scan limits, showing your scan history, and sending email alerts for high risk detections on Pro accounts. We never sell your data to third parties.

    Third party services

    We use Supabase for authentication and database storage, Paystack for payment processing, OpenRouter for AI analysis, and Resend for email delivery. Each of these services has their own privacy policy.

    Your rights

    You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time by contacting us at support@cyberwatchai.com.

    Service description

    CyberWatch AI is an AI-powered scam detection tool. We analyse links, messages, and screenshots and provide a risk assessment. Our analysis is for informational purposes only and should not be treated as professional cybersecurity advice.

    No guarantee of accuracy

    While we strive for accuracy, CyberWatch AI AI analysis may not catch every scam and may occasionally flag legitimate content. Always use your own judgement alongside our tool.

    Acceptable use

    You agree not to use CyberWatch AI to scan content for malicious purposes, attempt to reverse-engineer or abuse our API, or use automated tools to bypass scan limits.

    Subscriptions

    Pro subscriptions are billed monthly through Paystack. You can cancel at any time. Refunds are handled on a case by case basis — contact us within 7 days of a charge.
